Position is located in Center, CO.
The Night Shift Production Superintendent is responsible for managing the Supervisors on Night Shift and the production activities to achieve the established production volumes, production costs, product quality, food safety and employee safety goals of the plant. This includes responsibility for ensuring all products are produced in accordance to the established specifications, quality, bills of material, and standard operating procedures. Responsible for working with the Shift Supervisors to ensure shift employees are trained and adhere to Company and regulatory policies, programs and procedures for personal safety, food safety, product quality, GMPs and HACCP. The Night Shift Production Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the entire plant during the night time hours.
