ManpowerGroup Payroll Tax serves all lines of business in ManpowerGroup North America. The Payroll Tax Coordinator is responsible for delivering optimal client experience, operational effectiveness and efficiency in support of the payroll process. Reporting to the Payroll Tax Manager, this role: manages mailed payroll tax notices, requires strict attention to detail; requires a high level of confidentiality and personal accountability.
This role will contribute to the implementation of a new notice tracker tool. The elevated administrative needs are mainly:
1) capable of isolating actionable notices and inputting into notice tracking tool
2) capable of logging onto tax portals to check for open balances, logging actionable balances in Notice Ninja
3) capable of working with Ricoh to refine their mail sorting process
4) capable of collating, organizing and mailing paper tax returns
5) capable of filing requests for basic updates to tax accounts (legal entity name, contact info, representatives)
6) capable of registering for portal access when needed
This role will now be 25 hours per week, with a likely flex up of hours for 1-2 weeks during the quarter.
