We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support offline marketing activities, client-facing initiatives, and internal marketing operations. This position is based at our Miami operations and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in marketing within the logistics and supply-chain industry.
Assist with planning and executing in-person marketing campaigns
Support client outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Help coordinate promotional materials and branded assets
Support sales and operations teams with marketing-related tasks
Track campaign performance and maintain internal reports
Assist with event setup, coordination, and follow-up activities
Bachelor's degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Willingness to learn marketing fundamentals and logistics industry knowledge
Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
Pay: $20 –$25 per hour (experience-based)
