As part of our Deployment Solutions team, you'll work with leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies to transform healthcare. What You'll Do: Engage healthcare professionals through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Educate providers and staff on disease states and identify potential patients. Qualify leads and follow up on claims-based alerts. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Communicate disease state education, access information, PEF (Patient Enrollment Form) guidance, and sample request procedures. Coordinate follow-up appointments for field teams. What We're Looking For: ~ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required. ~2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success. ~ Experience in virtual/inside sales, including educational sessions with HCPs. ~ Strong CRM skills and ability to exceed sales and engagement metrics. ~ Self-motivated, organized, and compliance-focused.
