Job Summary The Sr. Analyst, Retirement Plan administers multiple complex defined contribution plans and provides support for defined benefit plans. Uses reporting tools and data analysis skills to monitor plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and ERISA/DOL requirements. Works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve escalated retirement plan issues and support various projects.
