Bell Plumbing is Hiring a Drain Cleaner!

Location: Centennial, CO
Pay Range: $22 – $32/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time (Tuesday–Saturday schedule)

About the Role

Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical is seeking a skilled and motivated Drain Cleaner to join our exceptional team. You’ll be part of a family-owned company with a long-standing reputation for reliability, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

As a Drain Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems — ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service. You’ll work with modern tools, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities for professional growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain issues using professional-grade drain-cleaning machines.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of drains and pipes using advanced tools and safe techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers — explain findings, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and reliability on every call.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Maintain accurate service records, including materials used and work completed.
• Participate in continuous training to expand technical knowledge and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned jobs on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of drain cleaning experience (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs of heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
