Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Alaska SLPA license.
• Pediatric experience needed.

Role Overview:
PediaStaff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our clinic, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while enjoying a supportive and positive work environment.

Job Details:

• Dates: 3/23/26 start date, 6-month assignment.
• Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Setting: Clinic is a play-based environment, multidisciplinary.
• In-person only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist to regularly monitor and document a child's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Involve families in the therapy process, providing support, education, and guidance to extend therapeutic gains into daily routines.
• Work closely with other therapists and professionals within the clinic and community to provide integrated care and interdisciplinary support.
• Collaborate with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist regarding treatment provision.
