What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Communicate shift priorities, assign tasks, and set clear goals.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to help team members succeed.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture —resolving concerns with care.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety guidelines are followed.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and guest-ready.
• Drive sales and support store profitability.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy during your shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
