Competitive Gymnastics Girls Team Coach – Advanced Spotting Required

Salary: $24.04–$33.65/hour, based on experience

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Additional Compensation: Private lessons & meet pay

About the Role:
Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking an experienced & passionate coach to join our competitive girls’ coaching team. 

  • This position mainly focuses on the development & training of athletes in Level 7–10 Optional & Upper-level Xcel (Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire).
  • We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, proven spotting ability, & a commitment to athlete development who values collaboration and thrives as part of a cohesive coaching team. 
  • The ideal candidate is confident teaching skill progressions & serves as a positive role model both on & off the floor.

About Us:
Mini-Hops is a non-profit gymnastics organization located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our state-of-the-art, 48,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 1,500 athletes across recreational, team, & academic preschool programs. Our girls’ pre-competitive, DP, and Xcel teams are 175 athletes strong, ages 5–18 & growing.
