The Gary Mercer Team is seeking an energetic, driven Recruiter to help us grow our talented network of real estate professionals. As our Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in our continued growth and success. You’ll connect with both new and experienced agents, share the value of joining The Gary Mercer Team, and guide them through a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for success from day one. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, host engaging events, and support agents as they grow into the best versions of themselves. This is the perfect role for someone who’s people-oriented, confident, and ready to make a real impact in a thriving real estate organization. Compensation: • Salary: $70,000 base • Potential earnings up to $120,000 - $150,000 • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunity Bonus/Commission Structure: Capper Recruiting Bonus: $1,000 • New Agent Recruiting Bonus: $500 • Appointment Met Commission: $50 Responsibilities: • Proactively recruit both new and experienced real estate agents through calls, social media outreach, events, and networking. • Build authentic relationships and communicate The Gary Mercer Team’s value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm. • Conduct discovery conversations to understand agents’ goals, pain points, and ambitions, and inspire them to see what’s possible within our ecosystem. • Manage a consistent recruiting pipeline and follow up regularly with potential candidates. • Conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. • Maintain all recruiting data within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records. • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute recruiting strategies, marketing campaigns, and retention initiatives. • Report weekly recruiting metrics and progress toward monthly goals. • Represent the Gary Mercer Team at community events, online, and within the real estate industry to promote our brand and culture. • Support agent development meetings, team events, and growth initiatives as needed. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferred (real estate license a plus but not required). • Proven success in influencing, connecting with, and motivating others. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Goal-driven and persistent, you thrive on results and don’t shy away from challenges. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or CRM systems. • Positive, proactive, and committed to continuous growth.
