What You’ll Do

• Review Budgets, CAM Reconciliations, Reforecasts, and Estimates, ensuring accurate coding, allocation, and documentation of expenses.
• Validate recoverable expenses, apply exclusions and caps, and assess amortization requirements.
• Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions and manage prorations.
• Analyze financial variances, calculate CAPS, and compare CAPEX bids to budgets.
• Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy.
• Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of CAM, CAPS, and expense allocation practices.
• Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
