The Client Success & Strategy team at Force Therapeutics is the engine that powers the implementation, support, success, renewal and growth of Force's growing portfolio of Hospitals, Health Systems and Orthopedic Specialty Practices throughout the US. The Client Success team works with each client in a highly customized fashion to ensure they reach their unique goals while living our mission to extend Force's reach and impact via hospitals and health system partnerships across the country. We are looking for an EHR Integration Project Manager with a track record of managing EMR integrations within a high-growth organization.
As the EHR Integration Project Manager, you will oversee the full integration life cycle between healthcare system EMRs and the Force platform to ensure seamless case creation and update in Force and share important data back to client EMRs. You'll provide integration best practices that lead to an outstanding client onboarding experience and a faster time to value, building upon the momentum from the Sales process and setting the tone for the client success relationship. What you'll do: Client Integrations & Optimization : You will own the end-to-end delivery of EHR integrations, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.You will oversee maintenance and ongoing improvements of existing client integrations and collaborate closely with product support. You will seek to continuously improve existing integrations by staying connected with the needs of our clients for registries and government mandates. Technology Integration : You are responsible for leading client implementation calls on integration projects with new and existing clients. Client Implementation Support : You participate in complex implementation projects, which include technical integrations and working cross-functionally with the clinical team. The process starts with support during the final stages of the sales process to ensure we're gathering the appropriate client information to inform implementation timelines through first patient live on the Force platform. Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and implement project management best practices to streamline EMR integrations to ensure optimal Time To Value across our business. This can include development of SOWs, working with cross-functional teams to address any areas to create more efficiency within the integration process/existing integrations, and mentoring other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Training and Presentation Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert in integration best practices for the Force platform. Effectively lead calls providing recommendations and delivering integration best practices to IT stakeholders. Present to both prospective clients as well as existing clients on all matters related to integrations. What you bring: Integrations Experience in Digital Health or SaaS: You bring 3-5 years experience managing EMR Integrations within the healthcare sector (HL7, FHIR, etc). Experience working with RedoxEngine. Strong knowledge of clinical data transport standards (ORU, MDM, ADT, CCD). Hands-on experience with EHR integration projects (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, or others). Project Management Skills: You have a strong track record of managing complex projects with an emphasis of delivering on schedule with a high degree of client satisfaction. Customer-centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations where ensuring clients are well informed along the integration journey. Attention to detail is critical. Adaptability: Ability to adapt and operate in complex environments while successfully managing simultaneous projects.
