With your excitement for technology, you’ll ensure our technicians are dispatched to the right place at the right time in order to meet our commitments to our customers and connect them to America’s fastest and most reliable network! Customers rely on us. Because here, better matters.
Verifying, monitoring and analyzing dispatch work activity and deploying field resources.
Analyzing network facilities and customer premise equipment by using resources to remotely isolate the repair problem.
Contacting internal and external customers to verify site readiness, activity, schedule repair and quote billing charges.
Coordinating the transmittal of work information and maintenance tickets to field technicians.
Monitoring and tracking all Network Operations provisioning, maintenance and alarm work activity.
Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
You’ll have a dedication to service excellence with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and enjoy helping to get our customers connected to the digital world.
A related Associate Degree or 2+ years’ relevant experience.
