Will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a sanitary condition according to Kerry procedures while working in a team atmosphere.
· Ensures that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized per Kerry SSOPs.
· Disassemble necessary machines to ensure a thorough cleaning and sanitation.
· Reassemble necessary machines once properly cleaned and sanitized.
· Ensures that the appropriate cleaners are utilized and documented.
· Testing the ppm of diluted chemical solutions to ensure proper dilutions and recording the results on required documentation.
· Prepares all required paperwork.
· Ensures cleanliness of production rooms are maintained to Kerry standard.
· Operating floor scrubber as needed.
· Operating forklift and aerial lifts as needed.
· “Cleaning” includes but not limited to the plant and equipment, around property grounds, and general office housekeeping.
· Energetic and self-motivated.
· Able to work on wet areas.
· Safety oriented.
· Reliable and Responsible.
· Able to adjust to changing workload.
· Able to work with little or no supervision.
· Willing to assist in other areas of the company on an as needed basis.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Attend all meetings and trainings as required. Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to your direct supervisor or management.
