Based in Houston, we are seeking a Director to provide global leadership for the Products business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction across regions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team with a strong safety, quality, and customer-centric culture
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and capital investment.
  • Drive product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and profitability optimisation
  • Oversee operational performance, cost control, and financial risk management
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Champion HSE standards, incident management, and continuous improvement
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships, including dispute resolution
  • Support brand development, marketing collateral, and sales enablement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide global leadership and capability development across the products organisation
  • Align business objectives with performance management, incentives, and talent development
  • Lead quality planning, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to support growth through insight and reporting
  • Manage procurement and capital planning to meet short- and long-term business needs
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and commercial risks
  • Engage with regulators and external stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership experience within a global products, services, or industrial business
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management experience
  • Demonstrated success in product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and profitability optimisation
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams
  • Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and regulatory frameworks in a safety-critical environment
  • Track record of driving operational excellence, cost control, and performance improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, reporting, and actionable insights
