About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Federal Proposal Specialist to join a leading design services firm in the Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing federal proposals, understanding AEC contracting requirements, and preparing SF-330 and TORN submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare federal proposal submissions (SF-330 & TORN).
Lead proposal development efforts, including coordination, writing, editing, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop compelling proposal content.
Ensure all submissions comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
Maintain accurate proposal documentation and track submission status.
Support go/no-go decision processes and AEC marketing initiatives.
Oversee SOQ/proposal production (digital, print, and binding).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in the federal AEC industry .
Proven experience managing SF-330 submissions and TORNs for federal agencies (DOD, GSA, etc.).
Proficiency in InDesign , Deltek , and Microsoft Office Suite .
Strong understanding of AEC marketing , proposal development , and procurement processes .
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS , government procurement portals, and federal contracting terminology.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
