As an Entry-level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop designs that effectively communicate our brand message and attract potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and website graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience
- Create visual concepts and mock-ups for new projects
- Design and layout training materials and presentations
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design work
- Work with print vendors to ensure high-quality output of materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print
