Description We are looking for a skilled KYC/AML Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on investigating external financial crimes and supporting related functions across various business lines. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks and drive resolutions. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough investigations into financial crimes such as fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. - Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports accurately and promptly for regulatory review. - Present findings to senior leaders, highlighting potential operational or compliance risks while collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues. - Perform quality control checks on investigations to ensure adherence to established metrics and standards. - Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance investigative processes and procedures. - Monitor scenarios for development and enhancement, ensuring timely implementation and testing. - Act as a liaison with law enforcement agencies to facilitate the resolution of complex cases. - Support the team with communications and documentation related to investigative functions.AML.KYC Alayst Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of detail-oriented experience in fraud, risk, compliance, or financial crimes. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proven ability to type at least 5,000 keystrokes per minute with accuracy. - Strong expertise in business analysis and gap analysis methodologies. - Experience working in call center environments or handling customer service issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
