Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience providing support for Workday HCM integrations.
• Active certification in Workday Pro Integration Services.
• Ability to work within a hybrid model, requiring residence near one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
• Expected to spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for collaborative opportunities including projects, practice sessions, training, and special events at a Deloitte Delivery Center location or Geo-Hub location.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% overnight for client or project needs.
• If relocation is necessary, the move must be completed within 12 weeks from the start date to be within a commutable distance.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Solution Specialist in our US Delivery Center, I will:
• Oversee the integrations between Workday HCM and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any integration errors and failures within Workday HCM.
• Manage support tickets, document issues, and track resolutions using service management tools.
• Conduct routine configuration updates and enhancements to existing integrations.
• Assist with Workday release testing and apply any integration-related patches as necessary.
