Responsibilities

• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings with eligible clients, assessing coverage needs and presenting life/health insurance plans in line with governmental guidelines.
• Engage Clients: Reach out to seniors, veterans, union members, and referrals to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Qualify & Close Sales: Identify prospects, assess their needs, and close sales while providing real value.
• Use Technology: Leverage mobile apps and virtual platforms for efficient meetings and presentations.
• Relationship Building: Maintain lasting connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Required Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one). We provide assistance for both resident and non-resident licenses.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and engagement skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile apps and virtual meeting platforms.
• Relationship Builder: Skilled at creating meaningful and lasting client connections.
