We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to join our team in a remote capacity, based out of Richmond. This work-from-home position offers the opportunity to process and maintain important data while working independently in a virtual environment.

• Input and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
• Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Review and prepare source documents for information processing
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Generate and review data reports for accuracy
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Meet daily data entry goals and deadlines
• Communicate with team members regarding data inconsistencies or processing issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 1+ year in data entry or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to type at least 45-50 words per minute with high accuracy
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with data entry software and database management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management abilities and capability to meet deadlines
• Effective written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup required
