We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and community. Job Summary: We seek a reliable and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team on a weekend on-call basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients and employees as needed, ensuring that any issues or inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients regarding our services, schedules, and other relevant inquiries.
  • Assist employees with any support they may need related to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure client and employee needs are met efficiently.
  • Handle any urgent issues that may arise outside of regular business hours.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using communication and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Availability to be on-call through the weekend.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges of home care services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in urgent situations.
