Weekend On-Call Caregiver (Flat Rate + Hourly Pay) Looking to make a little extra income on the weekend? We’re seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Weekend On-Call Caregiver! You’ll earn a flat standby rate just for being available, plus regular pay if you get called in. This role requires someone who is able and confident handling all types of care, including personal care and complex cases. It’s a great way to make extra income while making a difference in the lives of our clients. This role is ideal for experienced, flexible caregivers who are available over the weekend and can step in on short notice to provide quality care. • Aiea, Pearl City, Mililani
• Airport, Moanalua, Salt Lake, Kaneohe
• Honolulu, Kalihi-Palama, Ala Moana, Lower Punchbowl
• Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Ford Island, Fort Shafter

What You’ll Do: As a Weekend On-Call Caregiver, you'll be available to fill all shifts during your on-call window, ensuring uninterrupted care for our clients. On-Call Responsibilities: * Be reachable and responsive (return missed calls/texts within 10 minutes) * Willing to travel to any client within our service area * Deliver care across all levels – from companionship to hospice * Be prepared to work all assigned weekend shifts Typical Caregiving Duties: * Companionship and meaningful conversation * Light housekeeping and laundry * Meal planning and preparation * Medication reminders * Transportation (using client’s or personal vehicle) * Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.) * Daily documentation and prompt reporting of client change Why Caregivers Love Being Part of Senior Helpers Honolulu: * One-on-one care with seniors who need you * Paid training and orientation * Travel time pay & mileage reimbursement between shifts * Bi-weekly payroll + Daily Pay option available * Employee Reward & Recognition Program * Health insurance (for eligible employees) * 401K & employer matching * Referral bonuses for bringing great caregivers to the team * Monthly team bonding & appreciation events * Support from a compassionate team that values YOU Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of caregiver experience, CNA license or certification preferred
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Open availability on the weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of background check & drug screen
• Able to perform physical tasks & lift up to 50lbs
• Drivers License and Reliable transportation required
