Your Role

You will report to a Supervisor and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. This is a startup operation and requires a lot of flexibility. You will work Friday from 4:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm. The hourly pay rate is $23.80 with weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities

• You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to establish goals and improve operations  
• Operate material handling equipment 
• Direct the activities of warehouse associates 
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment 
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property 
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program 
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped 
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations   
• Be available to work overtime and weekends  

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role 
• 1+year of recent forklift operating experience including an order/cherry picker and reach truck forklift
• Basic technical and math skills
