We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide email management remotely. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detailoriented and proficient in writing as well as customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
Make travel arrangements.
Schedule appointments.
Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
Create content to post on the companys social media channels.
Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry file organization and document preparation
Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism
Provide executive administrative support as required
Experience*
Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience in virtual assistance or related roles
Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
Typing speed and accuracy
