Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, emails, and communication.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases for efficient record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for team members as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ven experience in handling administrative tasks and providing support to a team.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a virtual assistant/administrative assistant.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
• Currency: USD
• Maximum Experience: 25 years
