Undergraduate Services Associate II

The Department of Physics & Astronomy is seeking candidates for a full-time, Undergraduate Services Associate II position. This position is located on The Hill in the Nielsen Physics Building.
The position's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Department's undergraduate program which includes coordinating undergrad recruitment and outreach. Additional responsibilities include: managing undergraduate WorkStudy opportunities, on-boarding of undergraduate student assistants, organization of Department events and conferences, management of Banner permission overrides for service classes, organization of department classroom supplies and making room reservations for departmental meetings.
The successful candidate will have prior experience writing formal letters, strong professional communication skills, event management, the ability to multi-task & cope with interruptions, be highly organized, and be a team player.
