Position Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales

- Coordinate freight shipments and ensure timely delivery

- Negotiate rates with carriers and maximize profitability

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues promptly

- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions

Position Essential Job Functions :

- 5-7 years of experience in brokerage with 10 years in logistics

- Expertise in reefer, food, and beverage logistics

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

This role will be Fully Remote for a Sales Rock Star!
