Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service and Tracking Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting with the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and addressing any transportation-related concerns. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Communicate real-time updates and escalate issues when shipments deviate from standard tracking processes.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Dispatch teams to identify and resolve shipment concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records in the Transportation System Management database.
Troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related problems to minimize delays and disruptions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and web portal entries.
Work closely with the Operations Supply Chain Compliance Manager to implement process improvements.
Manage and communicate time-sensitive information efficiently to internal teams and customers.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards, security protocols, and process procedures.
Update systems with shipment details received from carriers via email and web portals.
Participate in daily meetings with the Tracking Supervisor for updates and operational announcements.
Attend required in-person training sessions and meetings at the headquarters.

Basic math skills for tracking and logistics calculations.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position with the requirement to attend training and meetings in person when needed.
Primary duties will be performed using a computer and telephone while seated for extended periods.
