Don Hattan Dealerships is looking for an experienced Title Clerk to handle title and registration processing across multiple rooftops. If you have experience with title work and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:

• Process titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork for new and used vehicles
• Type information on titles accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with the DMV, banks, and customers to answer questions and resolve issues quickly
• Handle out-of-state DMV processing
• Keep everything on track and compliant with state and federal regulations
• Assist the accounting department with administrative tasks

• At least 1 year of title clerk experience, with a preference for title work in the automotive industry
• A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with dealership software preferred (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
• The ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
