About the Role:

We are looking for a TikTok Creator and Live Streamer to engage our audience through daily live sessions on TikTok and Instagram, where you'll interact with followers and promote our products. Key responsibilities include strategizing to enhance engagement, creating daily content focused on trends and ads, and collaborating with the Creative Team on social media strategies.

You’ll also support asset development across platforms like Facebook and YouTube, conduct competitive research, and identify trends. Daily tasks involve filming engaging videos, hosting Lives, and researching current social media trends.

This full-time position is based in our Burbank, CA HQ, M-F, 8:30am-5pm. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable on camera, and proficient in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram. Job Responsibilities:

Live Engagement:

• Host daily live sessions on TikTok and Instagram to engage with followers, answer questions, and promote products or events.

Strategy and Analytics:

• Strategize and monitor analytics to increase engagement on TikTok lives and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop content strategies for paid and organic social needs.

Trend Identification:

• Identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the social media space to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

Content Creation:

• Daily filming of selfie-style video clips to keep customers updated on activities at Blissy HQ and host weekly Live Giveaways across multiple platforms.
• Daily shooting and filming of products for paid media usage
• Create daily content focused on organic trends and paid ads for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube when not live streaming.
• Support the development of social content, including asset creation and publishing across platforms such as IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

Collaboration and Brand Consistency:

• Work with other teams — marketing, sales, and customer service — to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct competitive research assignments as needed.

 

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Availability: Full-time in-office, M-F, 8:30am-5pm at our Burbank, CA HQ.
• Camera Presence: Confident and comfortable spending time on camera live and interacting with consumers.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and driven.
• Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, along with relevant editing tools.
• Portfolio Requirement: Shares social media links for a page you either owned or were responsible for (applications without this will not be considered).
• Content Creation Experience: Experience in creating a curated social media page (Instagram or TikTok preferred; personal pages are acceptable).
• Editing Skills: Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or other post-production tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, Canva, etc.).
• Additional Skills: GSuite, MS Office, and Notion experience a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in beauty, fashion, or other creative environments preferred.
• Collaboration Skills: Familiarity with working with influencers on content and campaigns.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture.
