Position: Registered Nurse MedicalSurgical

Start Date: 12/2/2024

Duration: 13 Weeks

Location: Peterborough NH 03458

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 12 Hour Nights Must float to ICU if needed 36 hrs Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID Requirement: n/a

Traveler Policy: This facility will not consider any local traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!

** NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY!

** THE CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIFT ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

• Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records
• Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
• Must be able and willing to float without hesitation to float to our ICU which is just a more acute need unit.

Submission Requirements

• 2 years of recent Med Surg experience Required
• Previous Travel Highly Preferred
• BSN Preferred
• PALS & Tele Strip Certified Preferred to float to ICU which is just a more acute need

• Cover page if applicable (not required)
• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• New Hampshire

Compact Allowed

Additional License Requirements

• NH or Compact License must be active at the time of submission!
