At Reply, we are hiring a full life cycle Technical Recruiter to join our HR and Recruiting team in supporting our US hiring initiatives. In this role you will identify, recruit, interview, and present qualified candidates for technical positions among other categories, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, where your success relies on the ability to learn about and discuss today's technologies while evaluating candidate fit on both hard and soft skills. You should be well organized, a self-starter, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute.
