Job Description

At Reply, we are hiring a full life cycle Technical Recruiter to join our HR and Recruiting team in supporting our US hiring initiatives. In this role you will identify, recruit, interview, and present qualified candidates for technical positions among other categories, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, where your success relies on the ability to learn about and discuss today's technologies while evaluating candidate fit on both hard and soft skills. You should be well organized, a self-starter, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
• Guides and maintains contact with candidates through the entire interviewing experience, from beginning until they start working.
• Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations.
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical community and marketplace.
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
• Performs other HR projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related technical, business and/or human resources field required.
• 2 years of related recruiting experience
• Awareness and understanding of today's technologies, technical roles and technical skills.
• Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Qualification

• Previous proven success recruiting in an agency or professional services environment
