The Team Member works with a team to order and serve great tasting food in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
● Must be 16 or older
● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours, working outside and lifting up to 50lbs
● Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
● Must have a positive coachable attitude
Responsibilities:
· Practice good personal hygiene
· Maintain restaurant cleanliness at all times which may entail sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, washing dishes, cleaning outside lot and corrals
· Prepare, prep, serve, monitor and maintain quality food safe products at all time adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements and Health Dept. standards
· Communicate effectively with team members and guest
· Use electronic digital devices to place and complete guest orders which may include headsets, ipads, registers, kiosk, credit readers, scanners
· Coach guest and team members on usage of CFA Mobile App and On-line orders
· Stock and re-stock all needed items to ensure guest satisfaction
· Clean, set-up, use appropriately and dismantle equipment used for functioning of the business
