Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Tax Staff Accountant to join their client's dynamic accounting team Orlando. As a Tax Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax-related matters and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations
• Resolve client inquiries and provide recommendations
• Generate financial reports and analyze tax data
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA certification is preferred, but not required
