Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Tax Senior to join our team and work with a diverse client base that includes private companies in industries such as construction, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. For those in the Irvine, CA area, there is also an option for a hybrid work arrangement.

### What You'll Do:
- Prepare complex multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, including consolidated returns.
- Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
- Take ownership of your projects and manage them with minimal supervision, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all your work.

### What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of recent public accounting experience, including preparing tax returns for a diverse client base.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, with a particular focus on multi-state and consolidated tax returns.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Certification: CPA license or progress towards obtaining one.
- Industry Experience: Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments efficiently.
