Position: Tax CPA
Location: Fayetteville, AR (Hybrid/Remote)
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Tax CPA to join a dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Tax CPA, you will play an essential role in providing a variety of tax services, from planning and compliance to consulting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and offer thoughtful recommendations on tax planning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Stay informed on the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients are always in the loop.
- Resolve any tax issues or discrepancies for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective tax strategies.
- Assist with tax audits and other inquiries from government agencies.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in tax laws and best practices.
- Participate in business development efforts, including networking and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license required.
- At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication and client service skills.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
