Location: Flexible – Opportunity to be based in any major Florida office
Practice Group: Tax
Bar Admission: Florida Bar membership required or in progress
A respected full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner to join its Tax Practice Group. This position offers flexibility in office location across Florida and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, statewide team.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm handling executive compensation and employee benefits matters
Deep knowledge of:
Defined benefit and defined contribution plans
401(k) and profit-sharing plans
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Admission to the Florida Bar, or currently seeking admission
A portable book of business is highly preferred
