**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking **Systems Integrators** to join our team and provide support to facilitate operations on a critical infrastructure and services program. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/modernize. The ideal candidate will be located in the National Capital Region. **Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by Q3/Q4 of 2026.** The **Systems Integrator** responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Leads the integration of new systems and applications into the environment. + Conducts comprehensive interoperability testing, manages the documentation of results, and oversees system updates and patching operations. + Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure new systems meet interoperability standards and provide support during operational readiness assessments. \#001JC **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + One of the following certifications: Certified Network Defender, Security X/ CASP , CCSP, Cloud , CSSLP, GDSA, GSEC, CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GICSP. + Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering and 13 years or more relevant experience; Masters and 9 years or more relevant experience; PhD and 4 years or more relevant experience (will consider an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree). + Extensive experience in leading system integration projects, developing robust integration solutions, and managing integration teams. + Proficiency in designing integration architectures, implementing data integration tools, and ensuring system interoperability. + Strong understanding of cloud integration, data governance, and middleware platforms. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
