Job Description

Ju Hachi Restaurant is located in the heart of Sacramento, CA. We are looking for passionate Sushi Chefs to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Sushi chef responsibilities include handling a very wide range of raw fish and other ingredients as well as have an understanding of maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 1 full year of experience as a sushi chef
• Must have valid California Food Handlers Card
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Must be available to work nights/weekends/holidays
