Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert NetSuite consulting by applying industry-leading best practices, conducting thorough business analyses, and employing a pragmatic mindset to meet clients' complex requirements.
- Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients, both on-site and remotely, to identify configuration needs.
- Implement and deploy tailored NetSuite solutions that address unique industry demands, business processes, regulatory requirements, and other specific business needs.
- Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from clients' existing systems to NetSuite smoothly and efficiently.
- Engage in multiple projects, collaborating directly with senior-level client personnel throughout the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during configuration sessions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to enhance user adoption and optimize NetSuite configuration.

Pre-Sales:

- Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical validation, scoping and estimation, and delivering compelling NetSuite demonstrations.

Team Development:

- Inspire, develop, and mentor associate and consultant-level staff by offering training, regular feedback, and career guidance while fostering a supportive team environment.
- Help nurture an inclusive culture and high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, and counseling team members.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
