As a Senior Designer at Dropout Companies , you’ll play a critical role in defining and executing the visual identity for our portfolio brands — starting with Jams and expanding to Bronco and beyond. You’ll lead design for marketing campaigns and initiatives across every consumer touchpoint, with specific focus on digital and print. You’ll transform insights into compelling creative assets and bring product stories to life online, in-store, and in culture — ensuring our presence is always clear, compelling, and brand-defining. From conceptual ideation to hands-on execution, you’ll bring a visually disruptive, forward-thinking mindset and sharp creative eye to brand design.
