We're looking for an experienced Senior Budget/Financial Management Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be essential in developing budget plans, managing fund execution, and offering business process support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) "Financial Handshakes" among various stakeholders. You'll also represent our organization in high-level meetings with contracting partners, ensuring data alignment throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage budget plans while overseeing fund execution.
- Support business processes for the P2P "Financial Handshakes" across different stakeholder groups.
- Represent the team at executive meetings (PBORG and P2PPAWG), ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Ensure precise financial management and reconciliation within the Navy.
- Utilize Navy ERP for financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial management and reconciliation within the Navy.
- Proficiency in Navy ERP, the Department of the Navy's primary financial system.
- Strong grasp of budget planning and fund execution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in business process support for financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the Department of the Navy's financial systems and procedures.
