Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - SLPA 

Full-Time – Center based 

TUCSON

We’re a clinician led pediatric therapy organization committed to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.  

Position Overview:   

The SLPA works under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assist in the delivery of speech and language services. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and supporting individuals with communication challenges. 

Compensation:  

  • $25.00-$31.25 hourly ($52,000-$62,400 annually)

Work Schedule:   

  • Clinic hours: Mon.-Fri. 7:00am-6:00pm   
  • No weekends or travel required   
  • All clinic-based care  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent education and certification requirements. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members. 
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and provide consistent support as directed by the SLP. 
  • Basic knowledge of speech and language development and communication disorders. 
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping. 

Qualifications:   

  • Currently have a Speech Language Pathology Assistant License? 
  • Passed AZ required National Board of Occupational Therapists SLPA exam? 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 
  • Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred
