Center city Italian BYOB (mercato) seeking a experienced Sous Chef. Must be fast working, organized, reliable, passionate person and able to work on the line along side the executive chef in a fast paced kitchen. Position includes management of the kitchen when the executive chef is off.
Minimum 2 years experience & Serve Safe Certified
