Desired Background

• At least 2 years of experience in a sommelier or beverage-focused role within a high-caliber restaurant setting
• Deep knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and styles , with a solid grasp of spirits, classic cocktails, and beer
• Proven ability to manage inventory, cellar organization , and support wine list development
• Professional certifications such as CMS, WSET, or SWE are a strong plus
• Poised and adaptable, with the ability to seamlessly balance table service, wine presentation, and guest engagement
