Required Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in software development + 2+ years of experience in developing large-scale distributed services/applications + Hands-on experience building and supporting security-focused software and infrastructure at scale. + Excellent knowledge of data structures, search/sort algorithms + Experience with socket programming + Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills + Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related field Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of cloud computing & networking technologies + Experience developing automated test suites + Experience with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket + Knowledge of Scrum & Agile Methodologies Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
