• Follow and interact with viral sports pages, and sports influencers.
• Spend a lot of time on the TikTok FYP page, commenting on good videos.
• Pitch video ideas that are universally funny, whether or not they are trends.
• Create the content ideas you pitch.
• Copywriting in the DMs, comments, skits, etc.
• Act as a talent scout for unique creators who can produce solid content for Vita Coco.
• Set the bar for what it means to produce meaningful, hilarious, and entertaining social content.
Analytics
• Be a tracking wizard, spotting when Vita Coco is mentioned in videos on social media.
• Keep track of TikTok and Instagram performance metrics.
• Analyze successful strategies of other brands (yes, we know Duolingo is killing it right now) and explain why they work.
At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $22.00-$24.00 an hour. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
