**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with building maintenance tasks, including painting and repairs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely snow removal and maintenance operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in winter conditions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience operating snow plow trucks or similar machinery is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with building maintenance practices is essential.
- Ability to work long hours during inclement weather, including nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and performing manual labor.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
