Job Description

Join JC Grounds, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season. We pride ourselves on our modern fleet, 95% of which is less than 3 years old and equipped with state-of-the-art features such as bluetooth radios, air-ride heated seats, and backup cameras. Currently looking for operators in the Boston Massachusetts area that have a Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting license. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps.
• Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing.
• Arrive on-time and ready to work.
• Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers and front end loaders 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours.
• Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting License (Required)

Compensation

Rest assured, we offer competitive rates and convenient weekly direct deposit payments. Compensation will range from $45 -$55 an hour based on experience and qualifications.
